NAAMA Rules cannot be changed unless it is voted on in the Captains meeting at the NAAMA event itself.
There is a captains meeting at this years NAAMA. Monday Morning.

see I tried to tell Justin this BEFORE he plasma cut ours in half.
the gas bottle didnt blow up - but he lost his eyebrows when he cut the kerosene drum (without rinsing it)

steel and tube - we had to coerce them a bit but we got a sheet of 1.2 and 2mm spring.
