Hey the other day this program was aired in the uk. Unfortunately you cant watch this link outside of the UK

Absolutely amazing guy - he takes inspiration from the past in his cooking. He proposes that the wealthy used food to escape the horrors of daily life. It was the tv of the day. absolutely brilliant.
