Adapting your helmet for combat archery

Can we see some close up photos of how people have made their helms suitable for use in combat archery.

Here is my klapvisor with mesh attached.



I tie it in before fighting with wire or cable ties. I don't know if anything has ever hit the mesh, because the visor is in itself pretty protective.

While visible, the mesh doesn't stand out and most people can't see it from more than about 10 feet away when you're moving..
