on sunday morning at 1130till 1 at the kingsland scouthall{st george} on central rd

there is bow practice we have loaner bows and kit

we practice all sorts of drills and combat games
more people the better there are about last time i checked who came along
it is a fun morning

also are there any outher trainging of this ilk on sunday morn ?
