I would have thought that it would be more of an impediment than an enhancer. Unless where ever this came from the spectators appreciate being Kebabed. If that is the case then perhaps a submission should put in to allow Re-enactment Archers to get some moving target practice, but then most of us don’t require any level of Alcohol to take that on. I believe the theory is that 1 drink acts as a depressant to steady involuntary muscle twitches. 2 would cause wandering aim...
And, No I don't believed that it works.
