does anyone have any suggestions on reading/whatever else.. Material that I can use to learn from..... |

What was the book you read??
Percy Blandford's "Practical Blacksmithing and Metalworking" is fairly intensive, with lots of toolmaking etc, but he has written many lighter beginner books as well. One is just called "Blacksmithing Projects", or something along those lines, this is however included in one of the larger books.
The Complete Modern Blacksmith, by Alexander G. Weygers
is a good intro, but probably better to loan than to buy, especially if you are concentrating on historical blacksmithing.
Good luck, and if you have any specific questions just ask. |
