Hi Rob

Thanks for a copy of 'Dining with Angels' by Henry Marks. Most interesting.

Not a lot seems to have come down in the form of actual recipes and it doesn't help I can't contact H Marks who wrote & self published 'Byzantine Cuisine' in 2002. The websites I've visited that have a reference to the book don't have an active link & the e-mails I've sent bounce!

So, if anyone out there can give me a heads up on some other way to get in touch, I'd appreciate it.
